Industrial Pre-Engineered Steel Building Projects
Performance specializes in larger "overhead crane" type buildings for energy and industrial clients. Project sizes have historically ranged from 10,000 to 50,000 square feet. The project scope typically includes design and engineering, along with construction phase: sitework and drainage, paving and foundation, building procurement, erection, and interior finish out, as well as, all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
Office Building & Interior Finish Projects
The owners and management of Performance have constructed numerous office buildings for clients such as GE Power Systems (43,000 sq. ft., two story Wharton Administration Building on Jacintoport Blvd.), KCI Konecranes (Regional HQ building on Chippewa Blvd.), Weatherford (Pearland Training Facility), and many others. Additionally, several noteworthy interior finish projects have been constructed for a wide range of clients. International Construction Projects
W. Michael Bell has established a successful track record of
construction design, procurement, and containerization as well as on-site
management of international projects. Virtually all components of a
project can be shipped to any destination. On-site construction or
supervision of a local contractor in the host country are both available
to suit a client's particular requirements.
